Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what this covers

Job Radar (“we,” “us”) is operated by Stephen Fouasnon from California, United States. These terms apply to the website at usejobradar.com, the beta waitlist, and the Job Radar service once you are invited to it. Our privacy notice explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.

2. Who can use Job Radar

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Job Radar is built for people searching for their own work. You may not use it on behalf of a staffing agency, recruiter, employer, or other third party without our written agreement.

3. The beta

• The beta is invitation-only. An invitation is personal, single-use, and expires if not redeemed by the date in the invitation.
• A beta account lasts 14 days from activation and includes one Radar and one AI-assisted profile setup. No payment method is required and nothing is charged during the beta.
• When the beta period ends, your Radar and results stay available to you in read-only form for 30 days. After that we delete your candidate content unless you have chosen a paid plan or asked us to delete it sooner.
• We may change, pause, or end the beta, or adjust what it includes, at any time. We will tell you before doing anything that affects your existing data.
• Beta features can be incomplete or wrong. Please treat results as leads to verify, not as facts about a role or employer.

4. What Job Radar does and does not do

Job Radar finds and ranks publicly posted roles against the experience you confirm, and helps you prepare application materials from that experience. We make three promises about how it works:

• No auto-apply. Job Radar never submits an application on your behalf. Every application is yours to review and send.
• Nothing invented. Any line Job Radar presents as your experience must appear, word for word, in the material you gave us. If it does not, that is a defect — tell us.
• No bypassing. We do not circumvent logins, CAPTCHAs, or robots rules on the sites we read, and we do not ask you to.

We do not guarantee that any role is still open, that an employer will respond, or that you will be hired. Job listings belong to the employers and boards that publish them; we show you where each one came from so you can go to the source.

5. Your account and your content

Keep your sign-in credentials private and tell us at support@usejobradar.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what you upload. You keep ownership of your resume, profile, and everything you create; you give us only the permission we need to run the service for you as described in the privacy notice. Do not upload another person’s resume or personal details without their permission.

6. AI-assisted features

Parts of Job Radar use machine-learning models to read resumes, rank roles, and draft text. Model output is checked against your source material but can still contain mistakes. Review everything before you rely on it. AI-assisted runs during the beta are limited per account and by an overall service budget; when a limit is reached the feature pauses rather than silently degrading.

7. Acceptable use

Please do not: scrape or bulk-export Job Radar data; probe, overload, or interfere with the service; share an account or invitation; upload malware or content you have no right to share; misrepresent who you are; or use Job Radar to discriminate against, harass, or profile other people. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

8. Paid plans (not available during the beta)

If we offer paid plans, prices and what each includes will be shown before you choose one. We will never start a subscription without your explicit checkout consent, and you will always be able to cancel from your account. Payments are handled by a payment processor; we do not see or store card numbers. Fair-use limits on generation features will be stated on the plan page.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using Job Radar at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@usejobradar.com from your account address. The privacy notice describes what is deleted and when. We can end or suspend your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue the service, and we will give reasonable notice where we can.

10. Employers, job boards, and takedowns

If you represent an employer or job board and believe a listing is shown in a way that breaches your terms or rights, email support@usejobradar.com with the listing URL. We will acknowledge within 5 business days and remove or correct it promptly where the request is well-founded.

11. Disclaimers and limits on liability

Job Radar is provided “as is” during the beta and thereafter, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for lost opportunities, lost income, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Changes to these terms

We will post the current version here with its date. For material changes we will email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Job Radar after that date means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States. If we have a dispute, we will each try in good faith to resolve it by email first. Anything that cannot be resolved that way will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and both of us agree to that venue.
