Beta draft. This notice describes the intended Job Radar web service and must receive legal review before real users are invited.

Beta waitlist

If you choose “Keep me posted,” we store the email address you provide, the time you joined, your consent version, and your invitation status. We use this information specifically to send you a Job Radar beta invitation and administer beta access—not for a general newsletter or unrelated marketing.

We keep waitlist information until the beta invitation period is complete or you unsubscribe. Removal controls will be included with beta communications.

What we collect to run your Radar

We need your account email, first name, resume or equivalent work history, evidence you confirm, home region, desired work locations, salary floor, work preferences and constraints, Radar settings, results, saved roles, applications, and direct feedback. If you subscribe, we retain payment-provider identifiers and subscription status—not card or bank details.

Why we use it

We use this information to create your account, parse and confirm your experience, find and rank roles, keep your Radar current, build documents you request, provide support, prevent abuse, and manage your plan. These uses are required to provide the service.

Your separate improvement choice

Helping improve Job Radar is optional. If you opt in, we may create a pseudonymous research copy of coarse Radar settings, match scores, and feedback. It will not include your name, email, raw resume, contact details, exact employer history, or exact home location. You can change this choice later without losing access.

A participant ID is pseudonymous, not fully anonymous, while Job Radar retains a protected identity map. We treat it as personal data and keep the map separate from analytics.

Who can see it

You can see your own profile and Radar. Authorized owner or support staff may review a pseudonymous, coarse view when troubleshooting match quality. Detail access and extra-run grants must be authenticated and audited. Service providers for hosting, authentication, email, payments, storage, security, and AI processing receive only what is needed for their role.

Security

We plan to use encryption in transit and at rest, private resume storage, short-lived file access, row-level ownership, least-privilege service credentials, audit logs, multi-factor owner access, file validation and scanning, backups, and secret rotation. No system is risk-free.

Retention and deletion

Raw resume uploads should be deleted after extraction and confirmation, no later than 30 days by default. An expired beta account should remain read-only for 30 days and then have candidate content deleted unless the user converts or asks for earlier deletion. Pseudonymous research data should have a documented limited retention period. Legal, tax, fraud, and accounting records may require different retention.

Your choices

Before beta launch, Job Radar will provide paths to access, correct, export, or delete account data and to withdraw optional product-improvement consent.
